Jun. 17--The American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada on Wednesday sued Neonopolis' parent company for its alleged discrimination against a gay Ohio businessman who planned to open a drag-themed nightclub within the struggling downtown Las Vegas retail and entertainment center.
