Jan. 8--A possible solution to businesses' objections to city rules that limited banners to 20 square feet and their display to 30 days will come Monday before the Spartanburg City Council.
Council could give final approval to a proposed revision to the sign ordinance that allows banners to be sizes proportional to the building wall or lot line...
