Jan. 21--Chapel Hill drug development company Pozen Inc. announced Tuesday that its chief financial officer has resigned.

Matthew Czajkowski, who had been with Pozen since March 1997, resigned for personal and family reasons, the company said. Pozen will begin a search for a new chief financial officer immediately.
