Jan. 27--Wrapping up a two-day tour of the state, Chinese Ambassador Yang Jiechi said Monday that China was committed to increasing its business, educational and cultural ties to Oklahoma.

Yang, speaking at a luncheon at the Governor's Mansion, said China's fast-growing economy meant it would need expertise from Oklahoma companies in the energy, manufacturing and transportation sectors.
