Law firms working with public sector bodies to deliver the 2012 Olympic games are being forced to go green.
The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) and the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (Locog) have published draft sustainability policies, which will be encompassed in a London 2012 overarching scheme.
An ODA spokesperson said the policy would require law firms to demonstrate a commitment to inclusion and diversity in their staffing, as well as a commitment to minimising environmental waste and energy consumption.
