RYANAIR has urged the British government to draft in police and army reservists to speed up searches at airport security checkpoints.
Chief executive Michael O'Leary also wants the requirement to search all passengers to be eased. The airline was forced to cancel three Irish flights from Stansted yesterday - one each to Dublin, Shannon and Cork - because of the stringent security measures.
