O'REILLY: "Back of the Book" segment tonight, many terror analysts believe that London is the most attractive city for jihadists in the western world. But why?

Joining us now from Tampa, Florida, is Steve Purl, a former special ops guy for Scotland Yard.

Before we get to that, you know, Counselor Walters, you heard the interview with him. And he basically said that, "Look, you guys in Britain have given up a lot of liberties because of the reasonable suspicion rather than a probable cause thing." As a former police officer, what say you?

STEVE PURL, FORMER SPECIAL OPS, SCOTLAND YARD: Much is being said about the Brits giving up a certain amount of civil liberties for added and additional security, Bill.

Certainly, you know, with the cameras, we saw the role that the cameras played on the 7/7 bombings, how we were able to track the bombers, certainly gleaned a lot of information from that.
