BOULDER, Colo. -- The memory of the Vietnam War has been the backdrop for American foreign policy, including the current war in Iraq, for more than 30 years since the war ended in 1975, according to University of Colorado at Boulder Professor Robert Schulzinger.
An expert in U.S. foreign policy and diplomacy, and director of CU-Boulder's International Affairs Program, Schulzinger has just completed a book titled "A Time For Peace: The Legacy of the Vietnam War." The book will be available in stores Aug. 12.
