Hilton sells LivingWell health clubs to Bannatyne Fitness for 90 mln stg.

LONDON (AFX) - Hilton Hotels Corporation subsidiary Hilton International said it has sold its UK based LivingWell Premier health and fitness clubs to Bannatyne Fitness Limited for approximately 90 mln stg.

The company said the sale included 24 standalone clubs around the UK and did not include the health clubs located in Hilton Hotels, which would now be managed locally.
