Welcome to Issue 109, which features, among other things, some in-depth loudspeaker reviews by David Rich and Glenn Strauss. You can also read about some noteworthy new products from some noteworthy old names, Sherwood and Pioneer. The audio world has not been totally obliterated by the MP3 onslaught on one side and the fatuous deceptions of "high-end" on the other, although it surely feels like it from time to time. There are still some interesting things happening that can help us to spend less and get more in new and exciting ways, and we will try to get the word out as we are able. With this issue, by the way, our "Skeptimania" column, long the domain of the now-semi-retired Howard Ferstler (whom you will encounter in a few pages, and in our next issue, by the way), has a new proprietor, the good Dr. Rich, to whom Howard has graciously passed the ownership and responsibility for the column.
