Featuring the industry's most advanced digital technology, the Primo Cappuccino utilizes Curtis' exclusive G3 technology to simplify use, minimize costs and increase profitability. The G3 ADS Digital Control Module provides precise control over all critical blending and dispensing functions. Its scroll-through precision programming enables the operator to adjust powder flow in 5% increments and water temperature from 170 to 190 degrees to create the perfect hot beverage.

The fixed flow water system ensures precise drink blending regardless of irregularities in water pressure/volume, while the digital temperature control accurately senses water temperature and level for maximum energy efficiency as well as to prevent heating element burnout.

An easy access front open door with inside hinged panel simplifies removal of powder hoppers for refills and maintenance, while one simple touch of a button sends a powerful blast of hot water into the whipper chamber, rinsing it for easy clean-up and reducing powder build up.
