HDNet To Offer International Soccer Match-up On Sunday, August 6.
DALLAS -- Coverage is Part of a Double-Header Featuring FC Barcelona vs. Chivas Guadalajara and the MLS Revolution Taking on Chivas USA
HDNet's coverage of Major League Soccer goes international this weekend when the network will feature coverage of the defending UEFA Champs FC Barcelona battling Mexican powerhouse Chivas Guadalajara, live from the historic Los Angeles Coliseum, August 6 at 9:30pm ET.
As one of the five best club teams in Europe, and the top team of La Liga, FC Barcelona features 19-year-old Argentine sensation, Lionel Messi and two-time FIFA World Player of the Year Ronaldinho, widely regarded as the best player in the world right now.
Chivas Guadalajara will definitely be up to the challenge as one to the top two teams in Mexican club history with ten titles in the Mexican First Division.
Just prior to FC Barcelona vs. Chivas Guadalajara, HDNet will feature the regular season match-up of MLS leading goal scorer Ante Razov and his Chivas USA team taking on the New England Revolution and top U.S. Player Clint Dempsey -- the only American player to score in the 2006 World Cup.
