MUMBAI, Aug 1 Asia Pulse - Export-oriented food processing company Himalya International (BSE:526899) is all set to enter the domestic market and has made changes in its EOU status in this regard.
The company has taken approval to change its Export Oriented Unit (EOU) status to Domestic Tariff Area (DTA), which would enable it to market its products in the domestic market, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
This conversion would make the company eligible to seek a five per cent incentive on its exports under the 'Vishesli Krishi Upaj Yojna' of the Indian Government, it added.
