TAIPEI, Aug 1 Asia Pulse - Starting this year, Hong Kong and Macau citizens who visit Taiwan in September and October will be exempted from paying entry permit fee as part of the government's efforts to attract more people to attend Double Ten National Day celebrations, an official said Monday.
