Jul. 30--VANDALIA -- Next August, Vandalia will have a brand new community college campus.
Kaskaskia College, the oldest community college in Illinois, already offers classes in Vandalia, but those classes are spread all over town.
"It's just a potpourri of buildings, and (the new campus) will be much more convenient and a definite benefit," said Vandalia Superintendent Rich Well.
