Jul. 16--Taxpayers won't see an impact in the tax bills, but a decision made by the Howard County commissioners could affect the roads they drive on in the future.

The commissioners will conduct a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. Monday to consider a request to increase the property tax rate for the Cumulative Bridge Fund. The hearing will take place in the third floor conference room of the Howard County Administration Center.
