WOONSOCKET, R.I. -- CVS on Tuesday announced that it will voluntarily exit the pharmacy network established to service Toyota Motor Manufacturing employees effective Feb. 18 and would stop service to the health plan of the state of Ohio effective April 18.

The Toyota plan requires Toyota employees to use mail service for maintenance medications. If the employee wishes to fill a maintenance prescription at a local pharmacy, Toyota will not provide coverage. Ohio has a similar proviso in its state …
