Let's not kid ourselves, ladies. We read the Andrew Lang collections, we saw the Disney movies, we clapped for Tinkerbell, and we (briefly) believed our mothers when they promised that someday our prince would come. We all set foot in the childhood court of golden apples, fairy wings, and enchanted beasts. But as we grew up, we realized that golden apples had too many calories, fairy wings made everyone's butt look big, and the most enchanting beast we knew was Prince, our collie who always came when called.
This doesn't mean we don't believe in the magic...
