Rockies starting pitcher Jason Jennings has found a way to mix business and pleasure. The same sleek, black-cased video iPod that stores his country music videos and tunes from his favorite group, Rascal Flatts, also is programmed with video of batters he has faced this season.
Fifteen Rockies have purchased video iPods since spring training, when the team's video coordinators, Mike Hamilton and Brian Jones, discovered a way to make the video room pocket-sized and portable. On the 60-gigabyte version, Hamilton and Jones can load up to five seasons of at-bats or starts.
Jennings saves the starts he has made against teams he'll face again this season.
