AIR cargo services between Hong Kong and China are set for significant expansion after the two governments agreed last week to lift capacity constraints and open the market to more airlines.
Under the deal Hong Kong and China can designate one airline to operate all-cargo flights and another three airlines to operate cargo or passenger flights on most routes.
