The Taoiseach's admission in the Dail (Irish Independent, June 28) that a second tunnel into Dublin Port is now needed, is a damning admission that the wrong tunnel was built and is an extremely expensive indictment that the tunnel we almost have now - whenever it finally does open - is another Government sponsored white elephant.
