THE five directors at telecommunications firm Smart Telecom shared 2.3m in remuneration for the year ended 2005, a 64pc increase on the previous year, according to Smart's annual report.
The five directors, including chief executive Oisin Fanning, received a combined salary of 1.9m for the year as well as 197,124 in pension payments. The other executive directors at the company are Maria Pearl Roche, Brian Timmons, Paul Sullivan and Ciaran Casey.
Smart was not required to state individual salaries as the company is listed on the AIM in London and Dublin's IEX, which have less strict reporting requirements than the main markets.
