Jun. 28--Small-business owners who can't afford or don't want to commit to long-term office leases are turning to an emerging trend in commercial real estate, paying only for services and space they need, an industry executive said Monday.
Tenants at WaterMark Executive Suites on Rainbow Boulevard near the Las Vegas Beltway pay as little as $750 a month for a small office with support staff, general manager Donna Haydocy said.
