BARTIROMO: First, a real quick comment on the Federal Reserve action today; big market rally. What`s behind it, Tom?
TOM MCMANUS, CHIEF INVESTMENT STRATEGIST, BANC OF AMERICA SECURITIES: Well, I think that there`s been a lot of short base that`s been built. A lot of puts have been bought at high prices. It`s the last -- practically the last day of the quarter, so I think that there`s a relief rally going on right now because the Fed didn`t come out in a very aggressive way about inflation.
BARTIROMO: Is that the way you see it, Tobias?
LEVKOVICH: I see it as kind of anti-climatic. They did...
