Jun. 30--It may seem like faint praise, but in the current climate of creative cooking, it is anything but: The food at Dona tastes really good. Even more newsworthy: There's plenty of it. Dona's chef is Michael Psilakis, formerly of Garden City Park's late, lamented Ecco. Two years ago, he decamped to the Upper West Side and opened the modern Greek Onera.
