Jun. 30--Of all the numbers that factored into the Stars' buyout of forward Bill Guerin -- from his team-leading point total in 2003-04 to his low productivity in 2005-06 -- the one that mattered most was his $6.7 million contract. One could argue about how many goals Guerin would have needed to score last season to ensure he would stay in a Stars uniform.
