here's a British expression that goes, "Cheap and cheerful and not too common." That was my inspiration for picking makeup that is all under $10. The only problem with inexpensive makeup is that you can rarely test products in the drugstore, so I've done the legwork for you.
Wet 'n' Wild MegaGlo Face Illuminator in Toasty and in Blushing, $2.88. I love these dabbed on the bow of the lips or on the cheekbones. If Blushing is too light, switch to Toasty, which is better on dark skin. Wear them on your cleavage, clavicle, or mixed with body lotion. Be sparing-you should live long enough to go through the whole thing.
Tropez Two Timer Eye Shadow in Dream Girl and in Hot Tropics, $1.99. I chose these powder duets in mildly insane colors because the point is to have fun and take a few risks. Use the darker shade as a liner on the upper lashes and the lighter shade to fan the color out on the lid.
