Green-fingered residents are being asked to 'grow for gold' again this summer as the city launches its Plymouth In Bloom campaign 2005.
The city council is calling on all gardeners to get out their watering cans and trowels over the next few months to help put a splash of colour in the city and catch the judge's eye.
The council wants as many residents, businesses and organisations as possible to get involved in this year's entry, which will be themed around the 200th anniversary of the birth of Isambard Kingdom Brunel.
