MARK HAINES, CNBC ANCHOR: Let`s take a look at the markets right now. Not great, but not bad, certainly not like yesterday. The Dow is up 33 points at 11,128. What else are we taking a look at? Want to check the Nasdaq? The Nasdaq is up about 10, about half of 1 percent. The S&P, which is the one that all the pros follow, is up 5 and change, about half of 1 percent. In a word, our next guest is bullish. He thinks the Dow will end the year at 12,000, believes the current environment of low interest rates, low inflation, low unemployment will continue to power the market...
