After almost four years on West Marion Street, The Artistic Gourmet's owner has decided to pack up his culinary expertise and relocate.

President Mark Weiner and his wife, Deb, have plans to open The Artistic Gourmet in downtown Duluth, Ga.

But that does not necessarily mean the Punta Gorda store will close. Weiner said that, if he finds the right buyer, the store will continue to operate.

"I've had to turn several people down," said Weiser, who said that the new owners must have a passion for cooking and entertaining. "I want to keep the standards high."
