Wireless Contracts Totaling $975,000 Awarded to Secured Digital Company.

SADDLE BROOK, NJ -- Secured Digital Applications, Inc. (OTCBB:SDGL), an integrator of technology businesses in Asia, today announced the award of two contracts totaling $975,000 to one of its majority-owned subsidiaries for the development of wireless technology applications. [R][sup.3]The contracts were awarded to Innospective Sdn Bhd, which designs and develops applications using wireless technology, by an industrial firm in Malaysia, said Patrick Lim, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Secured Digital. [R][sup.3]Innospective will design and supply GSM/GPRS wireless modules for use in industrial PDAs being used in Malaysia, the Middle East and Africa. The contract for the PDA modules, valued at $450,000 is expected to be completed by September 2006. [R][sup.3]The second contract provides for Innospective to integrate its Smart Tracker fleet management system with a smart card security system that will be used in a commercial fleet. The contract is for $525,000 and is expected to be completed by October 2006.
