Calif. bills push "gay" agenda.(in textbooks)(Brief article)
SB 1437's purpose is to ban discrimination in school textbooks based on sexual orientation and encourages schools to include Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transsexual (LGBT) material in the curriculum. The bill was introduced by state Senator Sheila Kuehl, an admitted lesbian. SB 1437 would not only add to the brainwashing of students with the notion that homosexuality is "normal"; it would also have such ludicrous effects as making a prom "king and queen" illegal. Nor could textbooks use the terms "mom," "dad," "husband," or "wife."
