Bush still playing WMD card--CIA said otherwise.(George W. Bush)(Brief article)
During a speech to a group of business leaders in Irvine, California, on April 24, President Bush warned that terrorists want to use Iraq as a safe haven. The president elaborated: "And here's the danger of having an enemy with a safe haven in Iraq. Iraq has got wealth. Iraq has--had weapons of mass destruction and has the knowledge as to how to produce weapons of mass destruction."
