In the wake of a November lawsuit, trustees at the University of Cincinnati recently voted to spend $650,000 for an off-campus training site for its women's rowing team.

Twelve members of the 40-woman team are suing under Title IX, claiming that the university shortchanges women's sports in comparison to men's. The suit seeks the construction of a new boathouse along with unspecified damages.
