Perhaps a few will be among the crowd Monday afternoon when the School Board and County Commission meet to try to avoid a legal battle over a proposed MTI campus off Caruso Road in east Manatee.
Several hundred neighbors are protesting the project, which calls for a 215,000- square-foot building on the north side of Braden River High School. They say MTI will bring traffic, noise and other problems to their neighborhood.
