Rieber & Son ASA has today signed an agreement to acquire the entire stock of Frodinge Mejeri AB ("Frodinge") in Sweden. Frodinge is a leading producer of chilled and frozen desserts and cakes, with Sweden, the UK and Finland as the main markets.
