Dr. Marsden specializes in word of mouth and consumer-driven innovation (CDI). His presentation will focus on 'Demystifying Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction Programs: Tools and Techniques for When to Use What.' Participants will walk away with valuable insights into how companies can understand their customers better by using all the tools, metrics, and techniques available to them such as Enterprise Feedback Management, Web surveys, incentive programs and loyalty programs.
