Beachcroft Wansbroughs has made up three partners, all female, in its smallest round of promotions for three years.
The new partners are based in London and Leeds and see the firm strengthen some of its core practice areas.
In Beachcrofts' core insurance sector, London-based injury risk solicitor Paula Jefferson becomes a partner. She is joined by Suzanne Wharton, who practises professional risk out of Leeds. The third new partner is projects specialist Jane Staveley, who works from London.
