Andy Duff, former head of promotions, and most recently customer marketing and innovation controller at Kellogg, has left the cereal giant to set up his own agency, Atom.
The move follows a restructure of Kellogg's marketing operations, which would have seen a move to a product development role. 'I have been thinking about my next move for some time and was offered the role of head of innovations with Kellogg, but it was not a pure marketing role, which is where my heart is,'said Duff.
Atom sees Duff partner with a 'senior agency figure with 10 years' experience' whose identity is being kept under wraps until the end of this month.
The agency will focus on promotions, retail activation, partnership marketing and licensing.
