The claim. On those ubiquitous TV ads, David Spade (below) says no to customers' every request to cash in credit-card miles for airline tickets. That isn't supposed to happen with Capital One's No Hassle Miles Rewards card, which promises, "No blackout dates. Any airline. Anytime."
