In another attempt to gain a foothold in the burgeoning water-play market, giant playground maker GameTime has teamed with Rain Drop Products to manufacture a new line of spraypark merchandise.
GTH20 by Rain Drop Products is a co-brand that will be manufactured by the Ashland, Ohio-based Rain Drop and marketed by GameTime, based in Fort Payne, Ala., said Tom Lilly, vice president of sales at Rain Drop. He said that marketing power is the most exciting aspect of the deal.
"They're the big guns of the playground amenity world," Lilly said. "If they get geared up and rolling, there's going to be tremendous profits."
