The global drinks brand set some tricky challenges for the venue designated to host its global procurement meeting, as Stuart Derrick reports.
The brief: Diageo was launching its new global procurement strategy for EMEA and needed to present it to senior procurement professionals from Africa and Europe. Similar presentations were held in other global regions.
The event would bring together 80 personnel who had to communicate the strategy on to their own colleagues. The event had to be at a Diageo-supplied property that was memorable and out of the ordinary.
