Renewable energy could generate enough electricity to meet the needs of two-thirds of Britain's homes, according to the industry.
The British Wind Energy Association, the trade and professional body for the UK wind and marine renewables industries, is calling on the Government to commit to generating a fifth of the country's electricity from green sources by 2020.
