BRADENTON -- If Matt Kitchie is looking for something to inspire the players of Saint Stephen's Episcopal School's inaugural football team, he won't have to go very far.
All the 28-year-old has to do is display his resume. It shows a person, who used what he admits were limited skills, to get the most out of the game. As a junior on Southeast High's 1994 state championship team he would do anything to get on the field, playing special teams and becoming the 'Noles long snapper.
Kitchie was never a full-time starter at quarterback for Southeast, but he managed to earn an athletic scholarship to NCAA Division II…
