Jason Schmidt looks like he's completely back. I saw him in one of his last spring training starts, and he was throwing very well.... You might see some of the relievers from the WBC take a little while to get sharp. Huston Street looked like he was behind a little. The younger the pitcher, the more I think they'll be affected by the lack of work at the WBC.... Jason Kendall is throwing the ball better than he did last season. Looks like the A's have worked on his release. I still don't look for him ...
