Midisoft Corp., has launched an education pilot program to donate music technology curriculum suites to schools and organizations to help music students of under-funded schools and at-risk youth.
Midisoft's Quickstart Music series, a music technology curriculum for school and home use, teaches children not only about musicology and literature, but also how to play the piano, compose music and even sequence, record and share their compositions.
Quickstart also serves as a resource for educators by using notation software to save hours of preparation and editing work for each class and session.
