[Presenter] The former Central African head of state, and leader of the Central African Democratic Rally [RDC], Army Gen Andre Kolingba, granted to our colleague Patrick Stephane Akibata an interview in which he congratulated his fellow citizens for massively voting in favour the new constitution.
