A JACUZZI is really a hydrotherapy bath, and it is also a brand name. A man by the name of Remo Jacuzzi was in the country recently to promote hydrotherapy baths, and they were not Jacuzzis. SHANNON TEOH unravels the mystery.
FEELING stressed? What you need is a nice, relaxing hot bath. In fact, you could probably do with some robust jets of water massaging away the knots in those muscles. You want a Jacuzzi, right? Wrong. Unless you want a specific brand of hydrotherapy bath, the tub you're sitting in (at the spa or luxury hotel) could be from any one of over 200 major manufacturers of hydrotherapy baths.
In fact, one of these - Jason International - is founded and presided over by Remo Jacuzzi himself.
