KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 2 (Bernama) -- With over 40 years involvement in hockey, Navy chief, Admiral Datuk Seri Mohamed Anwar Mohamed Nor, 55 is hoping to steer Malaysian hockey from troubled waters with a tested and proven formula.

A household name in the hockey scene, his passion to play hockey started at the early age of 10, and his tireless training and dedication to succeed in the game saw him selected for the Singapore Combined Schools from 1966 to 1967, Britannia Naval College in the United Kingdom (Awarded College Colours in Hockey and played for Devon County) from 1968 to 1969.
