BULGARIA'S defence minister Nikolay Svinarov will propose amendments to the Classified Information Act which will oblige all political parties to provide a list of their potential ministers a few months before the election, so that they can be checked up for access to classified information. The changes will introduce a requirement for the premier and the ministers to have access to such information. The very process of access granting takes a couple of months, Svinarov said.
